Three to six recent photos of just you, face clearly visible, good even light, a few different angles. Skip sunglasses, hats, heavy filters and group shots. The more varied the angles, the better the likeness.
Try again with clearer, brighter photos from different angles — one straight on, one slightly from each side. Tap the thumbs-down on a result to tell us what went wrong; it helps us tune the model. If no headshots came out at all, the credit was returned automatically.
Credits live on this install. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, tap Restore purchases in Settings or the Credits sheet — purchases made with the same Apple ID come back. The free first set is granted once per install.
No. They are sent to an AI service to make the headshots and are discarded as soon as the job finishes. Finished headshots stay in your library for 30 days. Privacy policy.
Settings → Delete my data removes everything about your install from our servers right away. You can also email us.
Purchases are billed by Apple; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Failed generations refund their credit automatically.
